We currently do not offer refunds but if for any reason you're not totally in love with your new candle, you have 14 days from the time of delivery to exchange any unburned candle for a different scent at your own shipping expense. There are no returns or exchanges on custom candles and Custom Mini Kits at this time.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start the exchange process, or for any other concerns, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
If your candle arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) and email us a photo. We will be happy to send you a new one at no extra cost.
Each order takes about 1-2 business days to process and will be shipped immediately after. Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout. We currently offer Standard & Express Shipping with Canada Post.
Don't worry, we will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has left our facility!
We are located in Vaughan (near Jane St. & Rutherford Rd.) If you live in the area and would like to pickup your order instead, please choose the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. To serve our customers in the most efficient and safest way possible, we ask that you kindly schedule a pickup date/time. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you an email with our exact address and a link to book your pickup slot.
