Warm Vanilla Caramel

Whether you're burning our cotton or wood wicks, both require the same level of care! Wooden wicks burn a bit differently than traditional cotton wicks do, but don’t let that scare you! To get the best results from your new candle, it is crucial that you allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the container before extinguishing. Candles have a “memory” and blowing it out too early can cause tunnelling in your candle. It’s also very important to make sure you trim the wick before each use to 1/4 inch. You can gently snap off the ash or burnt wood/cotton along the top of the wick with your fingers or a wick trimmer. No need to trim the wick when you first receive your candle, we've already done it for you!

If for any reason you're not totally in love with your new candle, you have 14 days from the time of delivery to exchange any unburned candle for a different scent. If your candle arrives broken or damaged, please email us a photo and we will be happy to send you a new one at no extra cost. For more details, please see our return policy here.
